This ground-up, 50,000 sf building is the new home of Parks Coffee’s roasting, training and café spaces. Views between the café, lab, roasting floor and gallery were carefully considered to allow guests to participate in all aspects of the coffee production process. The color and material selections function as an extension of the Parks brand, creating an immersive, welcoming retail environment.
