Dallas, Texas. Adaptive Re-use. We renovated a historic four-plex in the Munger Place conservation district with an unfolding color palette of playful primary colors to suggest a vibrant new future for the property. Units were lovingly restored back to original ceiling heights with all new mechanical, electric, and plumbing systems. The original brass hardware was sent off for a fresh tumbling and re-installed.
